Cruise Information

Round trip from San Francisco-sail under the Golden Gate Bridge. 10 day cruise with 6 ports of call, including visits to Victoria B.C., and scenic cruising to Tracey Arm Fjord, Sitka, Juneau, Ketchikan and Glacier Bay.  Meals and entertainment are inclusive.

Workshop

During the four days at sea, participants will enjoy a hands-on sewing course on Color, Value and Scale. Acquire a knowledge of what works, why and what to add to a quilt if it’s not working.  Using the color wheel, quilters will learn color combinations by constructing simple blocks.  By the end of the cruise students will have a new understanding of color and value and approach future quilting projects with confidence when choosing fabrics.  There will also be a couple of small projects just for fun!
